How fast is data delivery?
Data bundle delivery is not instant. Some numbers may receive data faster while others take some time. We process orders 24 hours a day, 7 days a week.
What payment methods do you accept?
We accept MTN Mobile Money, Telecel Cash, and AirtelTigo Money through Paystack. Registered members can also pay instantly from their wallet balance with one tap.
What if my data is not delivered?
If your data has not arrived after 24 hours, please report it to our support team or send a DM to the admin with your order reference number.
Do I need an account to buy data?
No. You can buy data as a guest without creating an account. However, registered members get lower prices, can use their wallet for instant checkout, and have full order history.
How does the referral program work?
Share your personal referral link with friends. When 5 of them sign up through your link and make their first data purchase, you automatically earn 1GB of free data. Track your progress on your dashboard.
Can I buy data for someone else?
Yes. Enter the recipient's phone number when placing the order. You can save frequently used numbers in your account as named contacts for faster future purchases.
What numbers cannot receive data?
Turbonet SIM cards, broadband-only SIMs, and suspended numbers cannot receive data bundles. Please verify the recipient's number carefully before placing your order.
