1. About Our Service

NetFillGh is a data bundle reselling platform operating in Ghana. We resell data from MTN, Telecel, and AirtelTigo through licensed agent channels.

2. Data Delivery

Data bundles are typically delivered within 1 to 10 minutes after payment is confirmed. During peak network periods or instability, delivery may take up to 1 hour. Delivery times are not guaranteed and depend on network conditions.

3. Refund Policy

If a verified order fails to deliver within 30 minutes, we will either retry the delivery or issue a full refund to your wallet. No refunds will be issued for wrong phone numbers entered by the customer. Please verify recipient numbers carefully before purchasing. We are not responsible for data sent to incorrect numbers.

4. Invalid Numbers

Data cannot be delivered to Turbonet SIM cards, broadband-only SIMs, or numbers that have been suspended by the network operator. Purchases for such numbers will not be refunded as we have no way to verify SIM status before purchase.

5. Account Responsibility

You are responsible for keeping your login credentials secure. You must be at least 16 years old to create an account.

6. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to update these terms at any time. Continued use of the service constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
